Landscape design for one of London's first off grid residential and office developments maximising green space on a tight site footprint surrounded by existing car parking and housing beyond the site boundary.  Planning conditions required maximising SuDs (sustainable urban drainage) and planting where possible.

Planting focused on lush, drought tolerant, evergreen and perennial foliage and textures requiring minimum maintenance in small east facing courtyards for the mews houses and a communal green 'buffer' strip to separate neighbouring car park. Balconies and penthouse also had planted troughs and green walls.

Completion 2019.
